jana beutler hollandJana Beutler-Holland, M.Ed., Co-Owner of SWAT Fitness and SWAT Adventure Boot Camps is a Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, and NESTA Certified Boot Camp Instructor. Jana joined SWAT full time in 2000, after working in the fields of education and counseling. Jana uses her strength as a lifestyle and nutrition coach help her clients stay motivated to eat healthy and make long lasting lifestyle changes. She is a published expert author, and Owner of Life in Motion Coaching, a life and fitness coaching practice where she works with clients on lifestyle, wellness, and weight loss. She is the developer of SWAT FitKids, a lifestyle, fitness and nutrition program for kids ages 8 to 13 and is a National Board Certified Counselor and published author.

William is a very energetic and outgoing individual who will push and motivate you through every step of the way whether your goals are weight loss, strength gains or just correcting posture and creating a healthy lifestyle. Will recently completed and passed the prestigious RKC Kettlebell Certification. He has an outstanding attitude and his enthusiasm makes him a true standout among personal trainers!

Will is a certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a top graduate of the Apollo College Fitness Technician program. In addition to being an outstanding personal trainer, he has advanced training as a Crossfit Certified Instructor (with CF certifications in almost every specialization) and Kettlebell Coach, with multiple kettlebell certifications in both Hard Style Kettlebells (RKC Level II,) and Fluid Style, giving him a truly multi-faceted and integrated approach to kettlebell training and fitness training in general.

William has earned the prestigious RKC Level 2 status, being one of only a handful in the State of Arizona, in addition to being kettlebell certified by IKFF. He is also Certified in Olympic Lifting, Nutrition, and Crossfit Enduranec. As one of the most educated, well rounded and experienced kettlebell instructors in Arizona, Will brings his expertise and enthusiasm to each client - and is truly able to adapt his training methods to the unique needs of his clients.

Since starting with us as a Customer Service Rep several years ago, Joel has become a Certified Trainer, specializing in Crossfit methods, kettlebells, and overall motivational and lifestyle coaching. He has a passion for teaching people the benefits of a healthy life style including proper nutrition and exercise.

johnDr. John Spencer Ellis has been involved with health and fitness since the age of 12 and has become one of the most diversely trained fitness professionals in the United States. He holds two bachelors degrees (business and health science), an MBA, and a doctorate in education.

He has more than fifteen certifications, which include being a certified massage therapist, plyometric instructor, self-defense instructor, fitness kick boxing instructor, water fitness instructor, exercise rehabilitation specialist, golf conditioning specialist, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, master PACE circuit training instructor, and yoga instructor. John has a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon and finished 5th in the U.S. National Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. He has extensive training in mind-body fitness and alternative health. His fitness articles and interviews have been featured in over 30 publications, and he is a frequent consultant to the world's media on health, fitness and lifestyle topics.


kelliKelli Calabrese, MS, CSCS is the 2007 County Personal Trainer of the Year and 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year as voted by Personal Fitness Professional Magazine. Kelli is an international presenter, author, personal trainer, lifestyle coach, spokesperson, women’s fitness expert and 21 year wellness professional. Kelli is the Editor of Personal Fitness Professional and Wellness & Fitness Entrepreneur magazines. She is the Author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body in 12 Weeks. She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness from 2000 – 2003 and remains a guest columnist.

Kelli is the International Master Trainer for Adventure Boot Camp. Calabrese has been a spokesperson, consultant, advisor or expert for clients such as The American Council on Exercise, NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Training Association), the National Board of Fitness Examiners, Athletic Baby, The Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, National Board of Fitness Examiners, Smuckers, Kellogg, Glaxo Smith Klein, The Watermelon Council and Quaker Oats.

Kelli’s personal mission is to empower individuals with the tools to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives. She does this through teaching and coaching both consumers and fitness professionals to be their personal best.
