How do I sign up now? Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. You can pay secure online via credit card to ensure you get in the camp you want. Once we've received your registration information, you'll be registered, and will need to attend the Pre-Camp Orientation. Remember, camps sell out. Register early! What is the Pre-Camp Orientation?
We may take a few simple measurements or measure your body fat using the ELG to see where you are prior to beginning camp. The actual measurements (number of inches) or pounds don't matter. We want to know how much you improve during the camp. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! This is common. Finally, we will conduct a Nutrition Seminar to ensure that you have all the tools you need to eat healthy and speed your progress - to maximize your results! Is there a diet program included? Who wants to go on a "diet?" We will conduct a Nutrition Seminar prior to camp, to help you understand how and what to eat, to optimize your success. We recommend sound, balanced eating heavy with vegetables, fruit and lean protein. What is the investment in myself? Time. Commitment. And $335 for the full 5-day a week program. We offer a 3-day a week option, best for maintenance or sedentary beginners for $235.

What do I need to bring to camp? You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and an exercise mat. We recommend something thicker than a yoga mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, You will get warm very fast! What will I get out of it?
Will I be sore sometimes? Most people feel soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve! Don't focus on the discomfort. Focus on the fact that your body is responding, and you are getting results! We shake it up so the workouts don't get stale, and your body doesn't completely adapt. How soon will I see results? Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. Visual Improvement can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! It's not a competition, so focus on your individual results. Feeling better is the the first step to looking better. You'll feel better right away. Stay off the scale and focus on eating well and makng the most of your time at boot camp - and out there on your own. |
What kinds of people go to camp? Is there a refund policy? There is no cash refund, but if for some reason you must cancel your registration, we will offer you a credit toward future boot camp sessions if you notify us before camp starts. If during mid-camp you cannot continue due to circumstances beyond your control, we will credit you for unused sessions from the date we are notified.
