What is the SWAT Singles Boot Camp?
S.W.A.T. in this case means Single Willing & Able To-find-love. (Okay - that's really a stretch.) Seriously though- SWAT Singles Boot Camp is a fun outdoor workout program by SWAT Fitness (Strength Wellness Athletic Training), Tucson's best personal trainers. The SWAT Singles program is designed to help single Tucson professionals find friendships and relationships- in a HEALTHY way.

Plain and Simple: With SWAT boot camp, you just might
LOSE FAT. FIND LOVE.

If you're tired of the bar/restaurant scene, and are sick of online dating sites where you never know who you're really "talking" to - then this program is for you. Participants are lightly pre-screened by our fitness staff, and only a limited number of spots are available for the Singles Boot Camp. After the Singles Camp is filled, you will still be given the opportunity to participate in a non-singles Saturday Boot Camp if you choose.

All sizes and shapes are encouraged to join us - so whether you have 10 lbs or 50 lbs or even more to lose, you can do so in a fun and safe environment, with other Tucson singles who are interested in getting in shape and meeting some new people. You do have to be in good health, and have no serious medical conditions for which you are under a Doctor's care. And you have to have a great attitude!

When and where does the SWAT Singles Boot Camp meet?
We meet once a week for four weeks - at our Eastside studio at the bottom of Sabino Canyon Rd, bright and early on Saturday mornings. We'll send you details about what to bring and where to meet when you have completed registration. Sessions are 90 minutes long, from 6:30-8 am, followed by coffee and conversation at a local coffee shop. Yeah, it's early - but this could be a great solution for a Friday night hangover!

What if I sweat?
We can't promise you won't - but it's okay.... you can redeem yourself! We'll already know how you look early in the morning, so the 4-week boot camp
is concluded with an evening Boot Camp Social and Happy Hour. You can dress up, look good, and impress your new friends with how well you clean-up!

Will there be anyone my age?
We will invite a very broad range of ages, sizes and fitness levels to start. Rght now we have interested professional singles from ages 22 to 68. As more people get interested (and they will, because you'll be losing weight and they'll want to know why!) then we will be able to offer Singles groups that are
specialized for your particular age group or fitness level. Until then, just come and have fun, meet some awesome people and get started on a fitness plan that will allow you to lose a few pounds, tone up and be on your way to a better looking you!

If the Singles Camp fills up and you're still interested in participating - then go ahead and submit your info. We'll be offering you the opportunity to participate, too! We'll have a second boot camp (same dates and times) for those who just want to get together with others for a great workout and a little fun social interaction.

Do I have to register or can I just show up?
You have to register. New camps start each month, and we only take 15 guys and 15 girls for the Singles Camp. Because we can't always take everybody for the Singles Boot Camp, we ask that you submit an application of interest first, then we'll contact you about completing the registration process and joining the group! And if the Singles Camp fills up - don't be discouraged! We Want You! We just want to make sure the group is for you. If for some reason the make up of the Singles Group isn't a fit for you - then keep reading...

If the Singles Camp isn't a fit for you and you just want something fun to do on Saturday mornings, then please go ahead and submit your info! If the Singles Boot Camp fills up, other interested and qualified applicants (including you) will be given the opportunity to participate in a second camp that is open to all those who are interested.

What if I'm not physically fit?
That's okay! The program is for those who are in good health, who are interested in improving their fitness level and overall health and confidence. It's about learning a few things and having some fun, right? Besides - regardless of your current fitness level, we can help you improve! Take a risk and be willing to have a little fun. Bring your sense of humor and a great attitude.

Why should I participate?
Because - let's face it -there just aren't a lot of ways for professional single men and women to meet. If you've done the online thing, or the speed-dating thing, or the blind date thing, then you know. This is just one more way to network with others and make some new friends.

And you already know - the more people you meet, the better your chances for finding love. And if you lose a few pounds in the process? Well that can't hurt, either.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $100. You'll get top-notch instruction from our SWAT Personal Trainers in Tucson, and a cool Boot Camp T-shirt upon completion.

When does the SWAT Singles Boot Camp start?
The boot camp start dates are listed below. But you must preregister. SWAT Boot Camp for Tucson Singles starts once a month - and we limit the number of participants for the Singles Camp. There will be a separate camp for those who register after the Singles-Only Boot Camp is filled. SINGLES BOOT CAMP START DATES:
